Students at Huntley High School near Chicago got the best surprise ever when The Chainsmokers showed up and played a 10-minute set ahead of their huge performance at Allstate Arena Saturday night.
Apparently they got the idea to randomly show up for the surprise thanks to a student who is a big fan of the duo, sending them an email!

The best part? The principle KNEW it was going to happen because he had to figure out logistics with the guys but he wanted to keep it quiet because he thought surprising his students would be even better. He told People Magazine, "It was probably the toughest secret I’ve ever kept, because I knew the kids were going to go crazy for it.”
