A Hot Bath Could Burn As Many Calories As Your Work Out

Researchers at Loughborough University in the UK wanted to research the effects of burning calories by raising your core body temperature. And it's good news!

They found that taking a hot bath (around 104 F) burned about the same amount of calories as going on a half hour walk! (Looking at around 140 calaories) 

It gets better if that's possible: researchers also found that passive heat in the body helped that anti-inflammatory response that usually comes post exercise which helps fight off illness and infection!

So taking a long hot bath is good for you! If you're headed somewhere for Spring Break next week might as well get in the tub now and get burnin'.
