“The Ellen DeGeneres Show” is being investigated following several accusations of workplace problems on the long-running talk show.
Executives from Telepictures and Warner Bros. sent a memo to staffers last week saying that WarnerMedia’s employee relations group and a third party firm who will interview current and former staffers about their experiences on set.
The internal investigation comes after recent unflattering reports about working conditions at the show including allegations of racism and intimidation.
