Dog Poop And Garbage Cans

We had a very serious talk this morning about.... Dog poop! Meaghan said that when her dog poops on her neighbor's yard, she has no problem throwing out the bag of doo-doo into a garbage can of one of her neighbors. Everyone else on the show thinks otherwise... Instead, everyone feels like you should hold on to the dog poop bag until you get home, then throw it in your own garbage can. That way, according to Spike, the dog poop doesn't make your neighbor's garbage can smell bad. What do you do when your dog poops on the neighbor's yard?
