Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady is reportedly selling his mansion on the exclusive island dubbed 'Billionaire's Bunker' for a record price, sources with knowledge of the situation confirmed to Bloomberg.

Brady's mansion, which was completed last year, has already reportedly received bids exceeding $150 million, which would break a home-sale record for Miami set when Ken Griffin purchased a Coconut Grove compound for $107 million in 2022. Indian Creek has been dubbed 'Billionaire Bunker' after attracting several notable names including Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.

The 2-acre lot at Indian Creek was initially purchased by Brady and his ex-wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, nearly four years ago through an LLC with ties to Fontainebleau Development, whose chairman, Jeffrey Soffer, also lives in the private community. The LLC reportedly secured a $35 million construction loan from JPMorgan Chase in relation to the Brady property in June 2023.

Brady announced his retirement in February 2023 and recently completed his first regular season as FOX Sports' lead NFL analyst, with scheduled duties for the NFC Championship Game on Sunday (January 26) and Super Bowl LIX on February 9. The San Mateo native is the NFL's all-time passing leader for yards and touchdowns, as well as quarterback wins, among numerous other records and his seven Super Bowl championship victories -- having won six with the New England Patriots and one with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- are more than any other NFL player or team.
