This is how I am dealing with Quarantine anxiety.

My anxiety has been at an all time high during quarantine. I’ve been trying out different ways to naturally calm it. Especially at night. The best sleep I’ve gotten since quarantine started was with the weighted blanket!!! I checked my Apple Watch and I’ve slept better with the weighted blanket in the last 3 days, than I have in the last three weeks. This is not an ad, but I wish it was because I would do all the commercials wrapped up in this thing
