A few things about me. I love anything brunch. I love breakfast tacos from@sundancegrillgrand I don’t like eating alone. So when everyone said they were busy for brunch on the first day of restaurants being open again, I had to improvise and bring cardboard Mike to brunch.
As I was walking out of Sundance, mask on and cardboard cutout in and, Annie Szatkowski from Fox 17 stopped me for an interview. The timing was perfect, and I was so excited to talk about brunch.
