I've been very candid in the past, social media is sometimes not so great for me. It gives me serious anxiety, lots of low feeling days & while I love connecting with you & looking at everything fun, moving, hard & all of it in between, I need a break. But do I take one when I probably should? Nope.
I hate resolutions. I don't do them. BUT, these "guidelines" as I'll call them might have a real chance of stickin' it out with me! A totally screen-free 24 hours? Not so sure...but building up to it? Maybe.
