HAIM Cover Robyn's 'Show Me Love': Watch

Tastemaker Screening Of "PEN15"

HAIM recently visited Phil Taggart's Chillest Show on BBC Radio 1 to play some stripped down songs led by piano, and the sisters decided to take the opportunity to throw it back to the '90s by covering Robyn's "Show Me Love." While keeping the track's original melody, the trio added some breathtaking harmonies into the mix that fit nicely with the stripped down version of the song. They also performed one of their own songs — their latest single, "Hallelujah."

The track's emotional impact shined through as Danielle, Este, and Alana Haim switched off on verses that all mean something deeply personal to them.

Watch HAIM perform "Show Me Love" and "Hallelujah" below.

"Hallelujah" is the third new song HAIM released this year, following "Summer Girl" and "Now I'm In It." The string of singles is the sisters' first new music since releasing their sophomore album Something to Tell You in 2017.

They also covered Leonard Cohen's "If It Be Your Will" for a festive compilation titled Hanukkah+ that also features Jack Black, The Flaming Lips, Loudon Wainwright III, The Moldy PeachesAdam Green, Watkins Family Hour, Holy Ghost’sAlex Frankel, Tommy Guerrero, Buzzy Lee, and Craig Wedren.
