Drinking Beer Can Help You Lose Weight!

I'll say it again: this is SCIENCE people! And what perfect science to learn about going into the weekend!

A new study from Archives of Biochemistry and Biophysics (told you it was legit) has found an ingredient in beer called xanthohumol which helps to improve the underlying symptoms of metabolic syndrome. That pretty much means it helps things like obesity & cholesterol and all those things that can make you gain weight!

So shot gunnin' a beer isn't gonna get you to drop 10 lbs. immediately but researchers are stoked this could lead to more breakthroughs especially with weight loss supplements! So CHEERS AWAY we're just being healthy! ....ish.
