Late Monday night, police in Hickory, North Carolina got a call from three men who were lost in the woods:  39-year-old Sonny Hyatt, 38-year-old Thomas Imler, and 31-year-old Eric Schmidt.

They told police they'd gone into the woods looking for GHOSTS, because they heard the woods were haunted.

But the police were suspicious.  Sure, ghost hunting is probably a decently popular activity in rural North Carolina.  But you know what's more popular?  MAKING METH.

And after the police questioned the men enough, the guys admitted they'd gone into the woods to cook up meth.

They took the cops to their miniature meth lab, and all three were arrested.
