Michiganders always get the short end of the stick when it comes to weather. Our summers are either really hot or cut short & chilly. Ours winter is either cold and brutal or non-exsistent. We never have an middle ground when it comes to weather.
But that's not even the worst part of it all. The worst part is our weather is so bad and we always looked at as "complainers". We never get full credit when it comes to how bad our weather actually is. This is includes our storm from last night, the one that is being questioned whether or not it was actually a tornado.
Only in Michigan, do you receive this terrifying, but useless warning on your cell phone warning you of floods and thunderstorms. Because the National Weather Society has decided that this storm is not quite bad enough to call a tornado. But bad enough to scare the hell out of you.
So the average Michigander goes to bed thinking they might have to clean water out of their garage in the morning. However they wake up to this...
In Michigan, if you are lucky and get a "tornado" during a holiday weekend people will still celebrate as if their wasn't one.
In Michigan, our houses get ton of damage, but at our work its just enough to be annoying.

I am a huge fan of the Detroit lions and the NFL in general. Which has caused me to play a ton of Fantasy Football.
I am a fashion nerd --mostly shoes, but really everything.
