The dozen homeless people who built shacks on some un-used railroad land in Walker will have to find some other place to live.

WOOD TV reports that Norfolk Southern Railroad is giving them till June to move, because the railroad is expanding its operations.

Many of the homeless there say their rights are being violated somehow, but the head of one organization that helps the homeless says the railroad is not the "bad guy".

Patrick Cameron of the Servants Center says it is  railroad property and the company has allowed these people to live there for years until now.
