At Grand Valley State University, Jonathan White teaches classes on terrorism.

He had been a consultant to the federal government after the 9/11 attacks and says the concern about the Olympic Winter Games is real.

For the first time in history, White says small, weak groups have the ability to wage war against entire countries -- if they can get to the right technology, like remote controlled bombs, automatic weapons, and even aircraft.

For all that, he says terror groups are weak and depend on 'marketing' to project an aura of strength.
