The road builders lobby group, MITA, releases its statewide report on bridges, saying the biggest problems with "structurally deficient" bridges is in Detroit and Flint with more than half of Michigan's the bridges in that category in those areas.

But MITA says that Kent county is sixth worst.  Nineteen percent of the bridges in and around Grand Rapids are considers "structurally deficient".   

A quarter of Muskegon County bridges are in that category, but only 19 bridges in all of Ottawa County are.
