A new report from Business Leaders for Michigan is calling for more reforms to position the state for continued economic growth.

Spokeswoman Kelly Chesney says about a third of their original goals from the 2009 Michigan Turnaround Plan have been attained, and top CEOs are now calling for a state law banning employment discrimination against gays and lesbians.

Their new ten-year plan also pushes state lawmakers to spend over one-billion-dollars on road and bridge improvements, spend more money on higher education and find ways to make college more affordable.
